Getting Older isn’t always an easy job, and there’s no time off for good behavior! However, you can take the bull by the horn and be in control of how you age, remaining healthy and happy through the latter years.

When you create positive friendships they reflect upon you in a beautiful and energizing manner. A person is never too old to build new friendships. Get out there and meet new people and develop friendships that will help you live a long, wonderful life.

Sixth, step your exercise game up as you get older. As the saying goes: Life is movement. As to maintain your strength and fitness against aging, your body needs to move. Do 30 minutes of cardiovascular activity, four to five days every week. Do strength exercises on some days and cardio activities on alternate days. Varied activities keep you fit and better able to ward off disease.

Seventh, Don’t go to environmental extremes. Extremely hot or cold temperatures can have a damaging effect on the skin.
